Laura Karadog has been practising yoga since her teenage years, and teaching yoga since 2005, and she is currently training new yoga teachers on the first ever Welsh medium yoga teacher training course. Laura is passionate about social and global justice, and she considers yoga as a way of life that can contribute towards a more peaceful and compassionate world. Laura has recently published her first book about yoga. Rhuddin (Cyhoeddiadau Barddas, 2021), contains essays and exercises written by Laura, as well as new poems produced specifically for the book by some of Wales’s most celebrated poets, and beautiful illustrations from the artist Luned Aaron.

In a safe and supportive environment, we’ll enjoy the time and space to go on a personal journey to find the creative voice inside us all.
