Sweetcorn Soup


2 Mugs of sweetcorn

1 Medium onion

Marigold bouillon to taste

Chilli to taste


Peel and roughly chop potato and onion

Add to pan with other ingredients and add 1 litre of water

Bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes

Blend and add salt and pepper to taste

The secret is using a good bouillon!
